Buyer questions

Answers that establish trust.

Does CoreSolve execute changes automatically?

Not by default. Production starts recommendation-only; writes require provider activation, explicit policy and human or policy approval.

Where are credentials stored?

CoreSolve browser forms never accept secrets. Cloud access uses federation, scoped app consent or references to an approved external vault.

Can customers share one environment?

Each customer operates in a tenant-scoped workspace. Database row-level security and role checks are enforced below the UI.

How is AI quality controlled?

The investigation response is structured, evidence-grounded and bounded. A deterministic fallback keeps the workflow available when the model is unavailable.

How do we prove value?

Adoption begins with measurable incident, operator-time, quality and cost baselines, then advances only when the evidence supports it.

Next step

Use the live product in the first client conversation.

Create a workspace, choose their incident, change or impact question, then export readiness evidence from the command center.
